“Attend a concert under the stars in the ruins of an Arabic palace, followed by a traditional, spice-infused buffet. I'll take care of the details!”
I lived in Tanzania for several years and now I visit almost annually. While there is so much to love about this destination, it's the hospitality of its people that makes an impression on my clients again and again. I speak a little Swahili, in part because I learned that if you make even a small attempt to converse with your hosts, you are rewarded with Karibu! and a gracious welcome into their homes. In fact, I can arrange a visit to a Masaai boma, a local village, where you can tour a school or one of the residents' mud dwellings and get a glimpse of daily life; many clients have formed enduring ties with the friends they've made here. Of course spectacular wildlife is East Africa's most prominent draw; I can guide you off the beaten path to a birdwatcher's paradise or set up a walking safari with a private guide for an intimate encounter with the beasts of the wild. To visit East Africa is to experience a whole different world-call today to discover just what you've been missing.

“Once a person sets foot on African soil, the land, the wildlife and its people become part of your soul.”
It is said that once a person sets foot on African soil, the land, the wildlife and its people become part of your soul, and will draw you back over and over again. Africa has done that to me. I have been to East Africa - Kenya & Tanzania - several times. To experience a true safari, Kenya is the best! It is famous for the Masai Mara, a huge game reserve that is part of the Serengeti, home to the "Big Five" - elephants, lions, leopards, rhinos and Cape buffalo. Zimbabwe's main attraction is Victoria Falls while Botswana has the Okavango Delta which is full of hippos, exotic birds & elephants. I've also explored South Africa's Kruger National Park & visited Cape Town. An awe-inspiring wildlife experience I recently had was gorilla tracking in Uganda. I highly recommend adding this on to a Kenya safari. Outstanding lodges & tents I would recommend are Kenya's Olonana, located on the banks of the Mara River, Cape Grace in Cape Town, the Singita in South Africa & the Ngorongoro Crater Lodge in Tanzania. I am an active traveler with a large repeat following of clients. I would love to add you to my list of satisfied travelers.

“What is special about East Africa? What is the difference between this area in Africa and others? Simply put, this is where you have the best…”
What is special about East Africa? What is the difference between this area in Africa and others? Simply put, this is where you have the best opportunity to see the most animals. Here you will best be able to experience a classic African Safari, and as a person who has traveled North, South, East and West in Africa, I can tell you with confidence that East Africa is the place to go. Comprised of Kenya, Tanzania, Zaire, Uganda, Ethiopia, Somalia and Burundi, each country has its own highlights. The most requested sights and frankly, not to be missed points are Masi Mara and the Serengeti. Most clients want to catch the great migration, and some wish to make a stop to see Olduvai Gorge, where the earliest remains of man have been uncovered. I can help with everything, from the flights to the safari drives, the best lodges and safari camps, and most important, experience based both on my personal experience, and the experience of a constant flow of clients that I send to this area. Call me today, and take a look at some of my other specialties. You can see I am a lifelong traveler and well versed in African experiences.
